Whether you ordered the wrong yarn weight or simply changed your mind, our return process is designed to get you back to your projects as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn labels are intact and items are protected from moisture.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
